I bought myself the Valhalla (Drakkar stickers) from Viking Cricket last week and received it this week. I went into the shop to have a chat, see what they feel like and look at the grains, but I instantly felt connected to the Drakkar as it looks absolutely stunning! I chose for it to be a Long Handle which Jeff who helped me said “it would need to be made” as they only had Short Handles in. I received it on Thursday, it was knocked in but I have been further knocking in the toe an edges since. I used it in the nets today, honestly - going from my GM Aion 606 to this weapon is such a massive difference as its pickup is beautifully weighted for me. With my old bat, unless it’s stuck from the middle - it’s not going anywhere, I know today I didn't strike a few as well as I can, but it still went flying. For the money, I’m very impressed with it, the service was brilliant, the product is brilliant - I have no reason to complain! I have attached pictures of the bat as the Drakkar stickers are not currently shown on the website (as of now) but to emphasise how good the graining is. (Ignore the carpet and walls, refurbing an old house) Thanks a lot for this! I know it will positively impact my game this season

I recently got my bat refurbished by Viking, and the overall experience, customer service and end product was top quality. Jeff was extremely helpful throughout and made a ten-year-old bat look and feel brand new. I also purchased pads and gloves, which are exceptional quality - especially when compared to the ‘big’ names. Viking have been coming to our club signing on night for the past 5 years. I took my lad to get his first full kit and purchased one of the junior bundle kits which comes with a Duffle bag, pads, gloves, thigh pad and arm guard. We also purchased a helmet. Jeff opened up the shop for us and took the time to try the different sizes to ensure everything was all the correct fit. I bought some batting gloves for myself last year and the quality and comfort of the gloves are at the top end. It was great to see the exact same quality in the junior kit as well.
